Pricing guidelines
Discounts
10% discount for two consecutive weeks booked.
Please ask for larger discounts on bookings of over
two weeks.
Supplements
Short breaks : use the price per night above and add
£9 / E9 for each night the booking is less than a week.
Please add E10 to each payment made by cheque in Euros
(bank transfers in Euros accepted at no extra
charge).
Please add 3% to each payment by
debit / credit card.
Other pricing information
For bookings of over a week containing part weeks,
use the weekly rate above for full weeks and nightly
rate for extra nights.
Pay at no additional cost by cheque / bank transfer
in £'s or by bank transfer in Euros.
There is no VAT or ANY additional charges, except
the supplements shown above and a refundable damage
deposit.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time
of booking, with the balance payable six weeks
before the commencement of your holiday, together
with a £100 / E125 refundable deposit to cover any damage.

Other Services
Airport transfers
For those not wanting to hire a car, we can offer
transfer by car direct to Casa Buena Vista from
either Granada (£70 / E80 return) or Malaga
(£125 / E140 return) airports. The service is
provided by our English local representative, who
will no doubt be pleased deal with your queries or
tell you about the area during your journey!
Night out?
We can also offer a taxi service for evenings out
etc on a similar basis, but paid for locally.
Similarly, a babysitting service is also available.
Welcome packs
If required, we can also provide welcome packs,
which are particularly useful for those arriving
when shops are likely to be shut or for others just
wanting to take things easy. These start from £20 /
E25
for a basic pack, but can be tailored to your needs
